North Wangaratta Industrial Area
Since the establishment of Alpine MDF (previously Dominance) in 1996, the North Wangaratta Industrial Area has expanded to include five other industries on a 23 hectare site in Buckler Road. Currently there is one fully serviced lot remaining at the Buckler Road development.
In close proximity to this development is the Detour Road Industrial Area where the new Security Foods, an export focussed meat processing facility, will be constructed.

South Wangaratta Industrial Area
The South Wangaratta Industrial Area comprises a number of developments catering for small industrial units. Current fully serviced lots include Sinclair Drive with 15 lots varying in size from 2,000 sq m to 4,000 sq m.
Following this development a further subdivision will occur in Murrell Street and Parnell Drive.
